The business was established in 2003 and is located in Newcastle, in the lower Hunter region, north of Sydney. Founders, Mark and Kate Streeter, privately own, manage and operate Shindigs. Mark and Kate and their staff place a strong emphasis on customer service and advice and are always available to assist you with planning and organising your event.

Shindigs' customer base is broad - being both a retail (open to the public) and wholesale warehouse. We service the entire Hunter area including Lake Macquarie, Nelson Bay, Raymond Terrace, Maitland, Cessnock as well as metropolitan Newcastle.

Due to the extensive product list, everyone from one-off party hosts to clubs, social groups, café operators, caterers, function centres and event managers find what they need at Shindigs. We also work closely with large scale event organizers to source required products from our many suppliers at bulk prices.
