Standard Delivery Fee

A Standard Delivery Fee of $7.95 is applied to all orders where Standard Delivery is chosen as the method of shipping at the checkout.
Where the size, type and destination of the order exceeds our freight offer for the Standard Delivery Fee (see Conditions of Standard Delivery Offer below) you will be contacted as soon as possible advising you of any additional cost.

     Conditions Of Standard Delivery Offer

• Offer is available for Standard Delivery online orders only (not Express Delivery).
• The $7.95 Standard Delivery Fee will be applied automatically at the time of checkout, however an additional delivery fee may still apply and you will be contacted when applicable to be advised of the additional charge.
• Offer is based on a standard size order being defined as one parcel or satchel with a total weight of no more than 3kgs (or 3 cubic kgs).
• Offer is not valid for wholesale items, whole cartons of the same item or bulk orders.
• Offer is not valid for QLD Country, SA Country, WA, NT, TAS, Norfolk Island, Christmas and Coco Island, some Country Areas of NSW and VIC.
• Most standard deliveries will arrive within 1 to 3 business days from the day of dispatch, however outer regions may take 4 to 10 business days.

• Most items are refundable within 45 days from the date of purchase.
• All products authorised for a refund must be unused and in its original factory packaging.
