3. Live Locally?  Choose In-Store Pick-Up!
 

• This option is free!  If you or a friend or family member live around Newcastle, NSW or if you have a courier you would rather use, simply select the pick-up option at the checkout 
• We will email you once your order is packed ready for pick-up
• Orders placed by 11am  (Mon – Fri) will be available for collection after 3pm on that day 
• Please do not attempt to collect your order until you have received the email confirming that your order is ready for pick-up

Things you need to know:

• All postage rates are based on a standard size order being defined as 1 carton or satchel weighing no more than 20kgs in total.
• Orders that exceed the standard size (defined above) may incur additional postage costs. Once your order has been received we will advise you if any additional postage costs apply.
• Once the goods leave our warehouse, we can only estimate the delivery time and cannot be held responsible if the goods are not delivered in this time.  From experience however, it is rare that Australia Post takes longer than the estimated delivery time.

• All estimated delivery times are from the day of dispatch, not from the day the order was placed.
• If anything beyond our reasonable control prevents us from delivering your order in the estimated delivery times, you acknowledge and agree that we will be in no way liable to you or any other person for the delay or any costs caused by the delayed delivery of the order.  In every case we will endeavour to advise you of any such delay as soon as possible.
• We will deliver your order to the front door at the relevant delivery address provided to us.  If no one is available to take delivery of your order, the courier will leave a note for you to pick up your order from your local post office.
• If the parcel remains unclaimed for three consecutive weeks, Australia Post will return it to us.  In this instance we are not able to refund the postage on your order. 
• You may specify for Australia Post to leave the parcel somewhere for you but in this instance if the parcel goes missing after Australia Post advises they have delivered it, we cannot take any responsibility for the lost parcel.
• You agree that any person at the delivery address who receives the order is authorised by you to do so.
• It is unusual for Australia Post or an associated carrier to lose a parcel. Whilst we cannot accept responsibility for a lost parcel that has been dispatched from our warehouse, we really do want you to have a great party so please contact us and we may be able to resolve your problem at minimal cost.
• We deliver to addresses with Australian postcodes only. Unfortunately we are unable to accept international orders at present.
