Our couriers are fairly accurate and reliable, however - once your parcel leaves us, it's at the mercy of traffic, weather, sorting machines and the occasional mystery of the postal system.
Delivery estimates are shown as a guide only and start from the day your order is dispatched, not when it is placed -because delays can happen from circumstances outside of our control, postage costs unfortunately cannot be refunded, including Express Post.
It's always better to order a little too early than a little too late - remember to allow extra time during peak holiday seasons, weekends & public holidays.
Shipping is calculated automatically at checkout based on your postage location, delivery service chosen and the size and weight of your order, including packaging materials.
Some large but lightweight items (we're looking at you - giant piñatas & novelty hats) can attract higher freight costs simply because they take up more room. If your order requires any additional freight charges, we'll contact you before dispatch.
If you're looking to purchase an item in bulk and have any concerns about freight, availability or urgent delivery - call us, we can make magic happen!
We aim to have Click & Collect orders ready within 4 hours. During weekends and party season it may take us a little longer.
We'll send you a text as soon as your order is packed and ready for collection. If you're already on your way and haven't received our text, give us a call and we'll see what we can do.
The best part? Anyone can collect your order on your behalf. They'll just need to provide the order surname and address. We'll take care of the rest and grab their name and signature on collection.
Can't see Click & Collect at the checkout?
That's usually because we don't have enough information to work our magic. Simply enter your postcode and select your suburb, and we'll instantly show all available shipping methods, delivery costs and Click & Collect options.
And if you're close enough to visit us, you'll unlock Click & Collect — which just happens to be our favourite shipping method because it's completely FREE!
Once your order has been packed we'll email through your tracking number.
Don't worry if it doesn't work straight away — Australia Post still needs to collect and scan your parcel into their network.
Sit back and relax - provided you've entered your email address and mobile number correctly, Australia Post will keep you updated every step of the way.
Fair warning: your phone may ding a lot... but at least you'll always know where your party supplies are!
By default, all orders are sent with Signature on Delivery, regardless of size or value.
If you would rather not go to the post office after work to collect your parcel, just tick that box at the checkout that says 'Signature not required on delivery'. You can even include a friendly note to your postie.
Keep in mind: parcels left without a signature are done so at your own risk - so hopefully you have trustworthy neighbours and they aren't planning a party of their own!

Freight costs and delivery times can vary for regional and remote locations. Rates are automatically calculated at the checkout stage and are based on your postcode and zone, parcel size, weight and delivery service.
If you're planning an event, we reccomend ordering as soon as you can - country roads and long distance can sometimes slow things down.
International Deliveries
We're currently keeping the party within Australia and do not offer international shipping
We get it — sometimes shipping can seem a little expensive, especially when your order isn't particularly heavy.
The biggest factor isn't always weight; it's often size. Couriers generally charge based on whichever is greater: the physical weight or the cubic weight (the amount of space your parcel takes up on the truck). That's why lightweight items such as piñatas, novelty hats and large decorations can sometimes cost more to ship than you'd expect.
Your delivery zone can also affect the price. Freight charges are based on national carrier networks and postcode zones, which don't always reflect how close you are to our store.
The good news? Australia Post isn't our only delivery partner. Depending on your order, location and delivery requirements, we may be able to find a more cost-effective shipping option with either TNT, Aramex or Couriers Please.
If your freight looks unusually high, reach out to our team with your postcode and the items you'd like to order. We'll happily run the numbers and see if there's a better option available. Deliveries to a staffed business address can sometimes attract lower freight rates too.
Like most things these days, fuel prices have a habit of going up and down more often than a yo-yo! Because Australia Post applies fuel levies to freight services, a small surcharge may be added to your shipping cost at checkout.
We're keeping a close eye on these and will adjust these surcharges as soon as conditions allow.
Double check your shipping information before you hit that pay now button - once an order has left our store any changes for redirection, recall or re-delivery may incur additional charges.
Don't panic just yet! We'll do everything we can to pull some strings and get your Shindig underway. Most late parcels sneak in within 1–3 business days of their estimated delivery date.
Lost parcels are super frusturating, thankfully, they're also incredibly rare. If your parcel hasn't arrived more than 3 business days past its estimated arrival, please contact our team with your order number.
We'll happily open a case with the courier on your behalf and help track it down. All is not lost just yet, and we'll keep you updated every step of the way.
If something is missing, incorrect, or arrived damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of what you received (including the packaging). We'll work with you to sort it out as quickly as humanly possible!
To keep errors to the absolute minimum, we use tech scanners and a strict pick'n'pack process involving two staff members barcode-scanning every single item. Our pickers quality check every item and our packers protective wrap and paper cushion your items to ensure everything arrives safely.
In the rare event that something is faulty or missing, just reach out immediately with those photos and we may review our warehouse footage so we can get your party back on track.
Sometimes plans change, guest numbers shrink, or you simply ordered one too many inflatable flamingos. It happens!
We're happy to accept returns on most items purchased online. The only thing you'll need to cover is the cost of sending the items back to us.
Before returning anything, give us a quick call or send us an email so we know what's coming our way. We'll make a note on your order and keep an eye out for your parcel.
You're welcome to reuse the packaging we originally sent — just make sure any old shipping labels are removed or covered. Otherwise your parcel might decide it prefers living at your place and head straight back there!
Please pack items securely and include either:
A copy of your invoice, or <>A note with your order number, name and email address

We take great care when packing our chocolates, lollies and sweet treats, but once they leave our warehouse they're travelling through the Australian climate — and sometimes that's where things get a little sticky!
While the risk is generally low, damage caused by heat, melting or rough handling during transit is unfortunately outside of our control. For this reason, we can't accept responsibility for confectionery items damaged during delivery.
Rest assured, our team checks all confectionery before dispatch and uses appropriate packaging to help keep everything safe on its journey.
Please note: We do not ship confectionery with cooler packs or dry ice.
We also won't send confectionery with less than 3 months remaining on the best before date. If that's all we have available, we'll get in touch first to see if you're happy to proceed — no surprises, except for the ones inside party favours!
We work hard to keep our website inventory accurate and update stock levels morning and night.
However, between our retail store, website and marketplace sales, occasionally an item may sell out before we have the chance to pick your order.
We also allow customers to purchase beyond current stock levels on selected products because, in many cases, we can source additional stock quickly from our Australian suppliers.
