This Chocolate Ganache Cake Decorating Icing offers a simple and effective way to decorate your cake!

This delicious ganache is perfect for covering your cake, filling your cake layers or using as crumb coat before your final icing layer layer.

This chocolate ganache can be heated and used directly from the piping bag for your convenience.

Simply soften the ganache by placing the piping bag into hot water (60°C) until the desired consistency is reached OR microwave to a desired consistency, to a maximum of 1 minute on high.
