This Dark Chocolate Ganache Cake Decorating Icing offers a simple and effective way to decorate your cake!

Ideal for all party cakes, cake fillings and decorative designs, it is super firm at room temperature but is easily softened.

This luxurious icing is perfect for covering your cake, filling your cake layers or using as crumb coat before your final icing layer layer, using as a cake drip, for piping decorations, or even to make truffles & cake pops.

This chocolate ganache can be heated and used directly from the tub for your convenience.

DIRECTIONS: place tub in microwave and melt in 20 second intervals until desired consistency is reached. Stir with a spatula until fully melted. Spoon directly onto cake or into piping bag for decoration. Please note the product is hot when melted.
