IMPORTANT SHIPPING INFORMATION FOR CONFECTIONERY

Please read the following information before placing an order for confectionery.

• Heat and transit damage: While we take every reasonable precaution when packing confectionery, there is always a small possibility that items may be affected by heat, temperature changes or rough handling during transit. These factors are outside of Shindigs’ control, and we therefore cannot accept responsibility for damage that occurs during transportation, including to chocolates, lollipops and other fragile confectionery items.
• Careful packing: Our team will ensure all confectionery is in good condition when picked and packed, and that appropriate packing materials are used to help protect your items during transit.
• No temperature-controlled packaging: We do not use cooler packs, foam sheets, dry ice or gel packs when shipping confectionery.
• Consider Express Post: Confectionery can be particularly sensitive to temperature, especially during the warmer months. We strongly recommend choosing Express Post where available, as this can help minimise the amount of time your order spends in transit. Please note that Express Post cannot eliminate the risk of heat-related damage.
