• No temperature-controlled packaging: We do not use cooler packs, foam sheets, dry ice or gel packs when shipping confectionery.
• Consider Express Post: Confectionery can be particularly sensitive to temperature, especially during the warmer months. We strongly recommend choosing Express Post where available, as this can help minimise the amount of time your order spends in transit. Please note that Express Post cannot eliminate the risk of heat-related damage.
