About Mehron SynWax:

SynWax is a versatile synthetic wax developed by Mehron as a substitute for traditional Modeling Wax. The benefits of SynWax are that it is a more pliable wax and easier to accomplish finer details than traditional Modeling Wax. Modeling Wax and SynWax are interchangeable by Special Effect Makeup Artists to smooth the edges of prosthetic pieces and for blocking out eyebrows or adding features to characters for performances. SynWax is a propriety blend of specially developed synthetic waxes developed by Mehron for the Professional Performer.

Mehron's Synwax is a versatile synthetic wax that can be easily manipulated to create realistic cuts and other molded shapes. Its flexibility makes it ideal for use on moving body parts, such as the face and joints, as well as for eyebrow blocking. Synwax stays pliable, ensuring it remains in place even with movement, making it perfect for dynamic areas and intricate designs.

How to use this product:

• Remove the required amount of SynWax from the container using a metal spatula (not included). The product is very firm in the container and cannot be removed with fingers.
• Knead wax until the warmth from your hands softens the formula.
• Apply to clean skin, use Spirit Gum first for long-wear. Blend edges with a lubricant such as mineral oil, blot off any excess oil once you have the desired shape. Seal with Fixative “A” before colouring.
• Remove by gently peeling off as much product as possible.
• Use Spirit Gum Remover to remove any adhesive. Remove remaining product with Makeup Remover followed by soap and water.
