Consequently, Shindigs cannot be held responsible and is not responsible for any damage caused to any confectionery lines (including all chocolates and lollipops) during the transport process. Shindigs staff will ensure that confectionery lines are in good condition when picked and packed and that reasonable packing materials are used for transporting the goods.
• We do not use cooler packs, foam sheets, dry ice or gel packs to send our confectionery.
• We recommend that when purchasing confectionery items, which can be vastly affected by temperature changes that you consider choosing Express Post, especially during the summer months. This will minimise the time items spend in transit.
