PROCESS:

1. Combine 1/2 cup of Icing mix with 2-3 teaspoons of water
2. Mix well by hand until powder is incorporated and desired consistency is achieved
3. To thin icing: add more water in 1/2 teaspoon increments
4. To thicken icing: add more icing mix in 1/2 teaspoon increments
5. Test the consistency before using on your cake
