Storage: Unused gum paste should be resealed quickly and trimmings should be stored separately. Both should be wrapped airtight and stored at ambient temperature away from direct light.

Handling Procedures: Make sure your work surface, tools and hands are clean & dry. As you knead the Gum Paste it will become more pliable. Work fast to avoid drying.
