INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

1. Fill base with sand
2. Insert SureLock connector into the base and tighten the nut
3. Attach the balloon cup to the top of the pole
4. Fully extend the telescopic pole
5. Add your inflated balloons. Once design height has been achieved retract the telescopic pole to the desired height
